What You'll Do

• Client Engagement: Simply identify clients that can be interested in our services and refer them to us
• Prospecting:  Find effective ways of identifying clients who may use our services.
• Company Website: Be familiar with our company website and be able to share appropriate links to prospects.
• Documentation: Keep an accurate record of referrals and client services.
• Communication: Acting as a primary contact during customer engagement.
• Client Issues: To direct all client questions and issues to our client acquisition team.

Who You Are

• Connections: Able to connect and form networks for identifying clients.
• Flexibility: You can be a student, in full time work or in business but able to work at your time.
• Starting Referring: Ready to start any time.
• Location: You can be located anywhere in Zambia, no geographical limitation.
• Tools: You should have a smart phone or PC/ laptop and access to the internet.

Commission and Perks

• Each successful client you refer, you earn 20% commission.
• 1 day of paid personalized virtual training on our services in the amount of  K250 to be paid instantly after the training.
• Increase in commission after 10 successful client referrals.
